June 2019 Turks and Caicos Resorts Update

We are excited to announce that we have now received our building permits from the TCI Government and have commenced construction at Rock House.

As this extensive process is rolled out, we invite you to view the video above showing some of the measures we are taking to ensure Rock House remains true to this unique and ecologically pristine property. Rock House enjoys some of the most dramatic, rugged topography of anywhere in the Turks & Caicos Islands, rich with lush native vegetation dating back hundreds of years. As we advance the site works, particular attention is being placed on saving many of our important trees, native shrubs, succulents and other vegetation, with a goal of incorporating this back into the completed resort. We will also be collecting the limestone rock from excavated areas, using it for the key architectural elements of the buildings throughout the site.

Reusing these natural materials and landscape from this historic site remains true to the Rock House spirit. We seek to ensure a very low environmental impact, with deep sustainability and a sense that this special resort property has been here for years.

We are also pleased to report that the project continues to gain momentum as our phase one sales now exceed 82%, with only four units remaining.

We trust you will share our enthusiasm as construction advances.

Sincerely,

Mark Durliat

CEO & Developer, Grace Bay Resorts
